This is a magic place on the basque coast (Bizkaia). Close to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe (Bermeo), the island "Aketxe" stay there, like his partner. Every year I go there just to take a walk and take some pictures.
This time I made a photopainting.

"Comic" by Donibane is another step searching by the artist to find his own style.
"Comic" por Donibane es otro paso buscando el artista encontrar su propio estilo.
When I first met "Painter", the software, it was around ten years ago. "Painter" is like its name says "to paint". I mean, you can almost make all the efects than you are able to create just with your hands in a traditional style. And if you combine it with "Photoshop", the results are really amazings. I show you an example of an image created by photoshop and them been manipulated by myself using "Painter". > Versión en español
Fué hace aproximadamente diez años cuando conocí el programa "Painter". "Painter", es como su nombre dice en inglés "para pintar". Quiero decir que puedes hacer cualquier efecto que podrías hacer con tus manos al estilo tradicional. Si lo combinamos con Photoshop, el resultado puede ser fantástico. Aquí os enseño un ejemplo de una imagen creada con "Photoshop" y luego manipulada utilizando el "Painter".

Once I had to made a paint (or a photopainting) about the basque sport. So I did make this work about our ancestral game call "Pelota Vasca" or "Basque Ball", where two players with just using their hands play.
This game is playing at a "Frontón".
The basque flag has three colors. Green, red and white, and here are represented.

Después de visitar el Museo saqué unas cuantas fotos de los alrededores del Museo Guggenheim, en la zona de Abandoibarra. Y como todo el invierno el "Sirimiri" (lluvia que es muy fina pero que "moja" mucho) hizo acto de presencia.
Esperemos que poco a poco vaya remitiendo la lluvia y podamos ver el sol, que tan poco nos visita ultimamente ;-)

Esta historia aunque no está basada en hechos reales bien podría estarlo.
WonderLand es, como su nombre indica en inglés, “la tierra maravillosa”. Pero incluso allí a veces las cosas se complican (por aquello de las expectativas), por eso la gente puede querer escapar de allí.
La lámina explica graficamente lo que nos podemos encontrar... o al menos espero haber podido acercarme un poco.
Este cuento empieza como lo hacen todos, diciendo aquello tan horteramente bonito de:
Érase una vez una hermosa doncella que esperaba con ansiedad la llegada de su amado príncipe azul, básicamente por que se le estaba pasando el arroz y todas sus amigas tenían ya uno propio. Y aunque muchas veces compartido con otras, pues ellos eran suyos en propiedad gracias a tener una hipoteca, hijos, un coche y varios entramados financieros a nombre generalmente de ellas que hacía que no tuvieran miedo de perderlos.

I found an old friend the last week. And this is not other than one of the "many"paintings that I have painted and I dont know why I forgot them.

> Versión en español Intento/procuro sacar fotos de todos ellos, asi que ahora os muestro el cuadro del "Hombre Lobo", pintada con pintura acrílica sobre lienzo, en el año 1996.
La semana pasada encontré a un viejo amigo. Este no es otro que uno de los "muchos" cuadros que he pintado y que por las razones que sea había olvidado.
